Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them

  • All tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Because many of our items are one-off or limited pieces, we are unable to offer exchanges for different sizes, colours, or styles.

If you would like a different item, you may:

  1. Return your eligible item according to our Returns Policy, and

  2. Place a new order for another item if it is still available.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot reserve items while returns are being processed.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement (if possible)

  • A refund

  • Or a store credit

This is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees certain rights for consumers.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service such as Australia Post, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
