Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia:

We ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are:

  • Standard Shipping: $10.95 AUD 
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $120 AUD
  • Express Shipping: $16.95

Shipping to New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–6 business days

Shipping costs are:

  • Standard Shipping: $20 NZD
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 NZD
  • Express Shipping: $40 NZD

International Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Shipping costs are:

  • Standard Shipping: $29 AUD
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $190 AUD

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@vintagesociety.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
